Ability to Set Folder Budgets

It would be really helpful to be able to set a budget for an entire folder, especially since some categories can have variable expenses, such as non-essential purchases.

Setting a folder budget would make it easier to allocate budgets for individual categories within that folder.

For instance, I might not spend $100 on a specific category every month, but I would like to see how much I have left to spend on other categories within that folder.
