Credit Card Balance

I have not found it, so I want to ask for something like this.

The balance I see on my CC is the one spent. Is there a way to see it the other way around? How much can I still spend?

Example:

Spent 3000 pesos on a 9000 pesos card. It shows 3000. For me (at least) it would be better if it showed 6000. Or maybe 3000 (6000) or something like this

Also, an easy way to change CC limits. One of my banks decided to reduce it to protect me (according to their message) and I had to delete it and re-add it to fix it.
