Payee as the important field in UI while adding the transaction

If the UI could be tweaked to have the focus on the Payee, it would be faster. Over time most of our usual Payee are already in the list. Since adding the Payee automatically file up other fields like category, tag, accounts, it would be good if the first prompt is to add the amount, second prompt to add Payee, so that it becomes easy to add transactions.
