Prevent “Due” time from being automatically selected when clicking on “Today” option

Currently, I have the “Automatic time selection” disabled in settings, which works great except in one case. When setting the due date to “Today” in the transaction, the time gets selected automatically even though the settings option is disabled.

The fix is to follow the settings option “Automatic time selection” in this case as well.
