consider open amounts from budgets in the Forecast section

Greetings!

I usually find myself looking at the Final balance at the overview, in order to see how if and how much money I’ll have left over by the end of the month. I have set budgets my usual expenses (like groceries and gasoline), that I know I will spend over the curse of the month but are obviously not fixed or reoccurring.

My Idea would be to add a toggle switch (one for each budget) Consider open budget as pending expense, and then consider this budgets open amount together with the pending expenses in the Forecast section of the overview.

This would make it a Predicted Final Balance, but I think this would be a lot more useful to most users, and you may still disable it.
