Improved view for planned expenses

Instead of the current view (a single list with vertical scrolling), a more cleaner and organized view could be a per-month view with previous and next arrows, so that only expenses for the desired month are displayed. Also in that view, a filter button to select/deselect expense types, such as payment accounts and credit cards.
