[1.1.0] Add progress indicator when synchronizing budget books for the first time

Currently the user only sees the "Fetching budget books from iCloud" message once when the app is beeing set up for the first time. In case he has multiple budget books it might confuse the user if only a few appear initially because they are loaded one by one.
