[1.2.1] Allow sorting of pending & upcoming transactions (ascending / descending)

Currently, pending and upcoming transactions are sorted by date in descending order on the dashboard. It may be helpful to add a button to the header (similar to the account distribution widget) to change the sorting to ascending as well.
