[1.2.3] UI Mac App should use Mac OS Standards

The port from iPad OS to Mac OS is useable (and I like it), but it is not like other Mac OS apps and doesn't behave like an native Mac OS app.

1. "Einstellungen" should be placed in the main menu and I should be callable with the usual key combination "command ,"

2. the menu "Ablage" has entries with no function like "Duplizieren" or "Bewegen"

3. in the menu "Ablage" there is an entry "schliessen", which closes the app. Usually you just have "Beenden" in the main menu

4. if you create a new expense or income, you can't do that without using the mouse. You enter the value by keyboard, but you can't close this popup without the mouse (by Enter or Tab). And every thing else must by entered by mouse and not by Keyboard, which would be my favorite

5. You can't close dialogues by ESC to Cancel or Enter to save

On a laptop or computer a UI should be useable without the need of a mouse.
