[1.2.5] Modify assigned participant afterwards in case of shared budget books

In some cases it is useful to be able to change the participant of a transaction afterwards (e.g. if one has made a mistake). Therefore, at least the admin of a shared budget book should have the possibility to change the participant or the transaction afterwards.
