[1.2.5] Wrong currency and exchange rate for transfers between accounts with different currencies

If a transfer is created between two accounts with different currencies, both the currency and the exchange rate on the target account are incorrect.

The bug can be easily reproduced by making a transfer between two accounts with different currencies and then looking at the balance sheet (which should not have changed after the transfer, since the amounts will balance).
