[1.3.0] [watchOS 10] Redesigned Apple Watch App

Since the design language of the Apple Watch apps has changed significantly with watchOS 10, it makes sense to revise the look of the Budget Flow app as well.

In addition, it would be useful to extend the app so that the time period displayed on the Apple Watch can also be changed (like on the iPhone). Currently, only the current month is displayed. Thanks to the newly supported buttons in the bottom corners of watchOS 10, there would be a suitable place for this.
