[1.4.0] Add a new shortcut to create a new transaction without having to open the app

Since iOS 17, there is a new automation that allows you to execute a shortcut as soon as you pay via Apple Pay. It would be quite useful if there would be a new shortcut for Budget Flow with which you get the paid amount as input parameter and can automatically create a new transaction without opening the app.
