[1.4.3] [BUG] Inserted amount sometimes loses a value

When you change the recurring period, the amount you entered loses a figure sometimes.

That doesn’t seems to happen always though.

For example if you insert 600,00 or 6.000,00 it changes to 60,00 and 600,00 respectively, but it doesn’t happen with others numbers for example.

Also, seems to happen often in the budget section and more rarely in the new income/expense view.

    I was able to reproduce the problem for budgets and fix it as well. I have not noticed it for transactions yet. If you can identify the exact steps that need to be taken, please let me know so I can fix it too (if it still occurs) :)

      I thought I first noticed it when I tried to add a new expense, but then I did some testing within the budget section.

      I wasn't able to reproduce it again within the transactions section, maybe it was my mistake or maybe it's very random... either way, I'll let you know.
