[1.4.4] Increase number of decimal places for exchange rates

Currently, exchange rates are rounded to 2 decimal places. While this works for most currencies, there are some that have such large differences that two decimal places are not enough (e.g. EUR => HUF). Therefore, these should be increased to at least 3 decimals.
