[1.4.8] Do not include transfers into statistics by default
Currently, new transactions are included in all statistics by default. For transfers, however, this only makes sense in a few cases, so these should no longer be included in the statistics by default (flag is disabled). Nevertheless, the user should be able to enable the flag for transfers manually.

@Fabian will this somehow also affect suggestions of category related to transfers? or that would be rather a separate thing to suggest?
Cause atm if we have many transfers between accounts, all associated to one category (as the category is mandatory here), this category will going to show up as a suggestion to add, and it wont be a "transfer" transaction, but a default expense, which is not fully right for this.
Im not sure how exactly suggestions are ordered, but currently for me a Transfer category that I made to label all the transfers, shows up first most of the time and takes a spot on the Widgets, where I dont really do the transfers that often and daily.
Perhaps this would be rather a separate thing, to exclude a specific category from suggestion by a toggle?

Hi @Rafal ! The flag currently has no effect on suggestions. However, I think it makes more sense to implement it in a way that there is a separate flag in the category (as you suggested).
