[1.5.1] Watch widget for Planned transactions could show Note instead of Category

When the configuration option of "Show Notes instead of Categories" is enabled, it could also apply to Apple Watch widget of Planned transactions, which now shows the category title below the amount.

This is similar to recently implemented notifications change, where Notes are showed alongside the Category, but I guess that the limited space of Watch widget would rather make it to show either the category or the note.
