[1.5.6] Increase number of decimal places for exchange rates

I saw an issue similar in the past, but I think that the number of decimal is not enough for certain currencies.

I would like to use USD as my default currency, but the rate with COP is currently at 0.00026 which is right now stored as 0.0003 which is not ideal.

Because of that I am using COP as my default currency
