[1.5.7] The category should be optional for transactions

Currently, a category is required for each transaction created. In general, this is useful for reporting purposes. However, for some transactions (e.g. simple transfers), it may be useful to be able to create a transaction without a category, to prevent the list of categories from growing unnecessarily.

Also useful for CSV import if a transaction has no category.
