[1.6.2] Add "000" Button for Vietnamese Keyboards

Since the currency "Vietnamese Dong" only starts from 1000 amounts, it makes sense to add an additional "000" button to the keyboard (or the toolbar) in order to quickly enter the appropriate amounts without having to manually click on the 0 three times.
