[1.6.4] Add possibility to enter amounts with 0 value

In some situations, users may choose to pay with credit (e.g. using existing gift cards or vouchers). However, in order to track this in the app, amounts with a value of 0 cannot be entered, as there is currently a check in the app.

It makes sense to consider the possible side effects (transaction with $0 = expense?).
