[2.1.0] Performance Improvements

Currently, there are two places where the app sometimes performs slowly: First, the dashboard (after using the app for some time [maybe a memory leak]) and second, the forecast view (when scrolling many years into the future [due to the inperformant calculations]).

Although the performance issues are not very critical, they should be fixed in the next update to ensure a smooth app experience for all users.
