[2.1.14] Planned Transactions Widget Does Not Display Uncategorized Transactions in Folder

Currently, the homescreen widget for planned transactions does not show uncategorized transactions within the respective folders (if more than one transaction is planned). This can lead to missing or incomplete information in the widget. This issue should be resolved so that all planned transactions, regardless of category, are displayed correctly.
