Budget Flow💡 Feature Requests

Apple unveiled a new design language across all its platforms during WWDC 2025, focusing on elegance, clarity, and visual cohesion. To maintain a native and modern look and feel, Budget Flow should adopt this design language in its next major release.

This includes:

  • Updated typography, iconography, and layout conventions

  • Refined animations and transitions

  • Modernized color schemes and material effects

  • Consistent component styling matching

Compatibility Notes:

  • The new design should target devices running OS version 26 and later

  • Older OS versions should retain the current UI to ensure backward compatibility and stable performance

    Hey Fabian,

    Love this is in the plans. If possible, not sure it this would be probably a different request.. But would love to suggest an update to the graphs and charts within the app.

    Charts is my top feature for any budget app, however charts in budget flow I believe have room for improvement. Was wondering if there’s a chance to implement some native chart components to it, for example how in the health app charts have the option to visualize different views to the same type of data (day, month,6m,y,etc.).

    Also the look of native charts is probably more suitable for an app that integrates so well with the rest of apples design language, to me it almost feels like a native app.

    Could this be something you can look into? Maybe some more user customization of the charts view, zooming in/out, hide some accounts in chart view, more native look to them.

    Anyway, great app overall, hopefully this can make it into the app at some point
