[3.1.1] When clicking the "Flip" button within the currency conversion view the exchange rate is sometimes empty

When clicking the "Flip" button within the currency conversion view, the exchange rate is sometimes empty. The reason for this is that there is a check which prevents the text field from correctly updating.
