[2.1.0] Ability to "click" on tags to show all their transactions

Currently, to filter transactions by tags, we have to go to the filters and select the tag.

However, tags are visible in the transaction list and in the transaction view - but in both places they are just informative.

It would be nice if one (or both) of these places would allow us to click on the tag and automatically take us to a view filtered by that tag.
