Ability to exclude transaction from budget (but not from analytics)

When making a big, or unexpected purchase I would like to be able to exclude the transaction from budget its assigned to.

Currently I can exclude it from analytics, but I don't want to do that. Especially with big purchases I want those to be seen in analytics.

The workaround is to edit my budget for this year and raise the amount.

For example: I want to make a big purchase this month (Coffe machine). This purchase fits into my category "home" and I have a (monthly) budget for that category. But, this purchase will inevitably drain and exceed my budget for this month. I don't consider this purchase as a part of my budget, because its a purchase that will be made once in a decade and I planned for it in advance for months.
