Add additional support for custom icon/logo for Payees

It would be great to support custom icons for payees, similar to categories and accounts. This would involve adding a logic that allows users to view the icon of the payee instead of the categories in the Transactions tab (which is the default).

Some services, like Revolut, are following this trend for transactions.
