[2.0.0] Add documentation for import format

I want to migrate data into BudgetFlow, but I do not find a good way to figure out how my import CSV has to be formatted (columns, encoding, date-format, …), if accounts there need to be created in advance, how to import repeating items and so on.

    thank you for your suggestion.

    I think it is a good idea to create a documentation or help center for the app. There is already a similar entry regarding this (see: https://budgetflow.featurebase.app/submissions/64cd52a48546cf1cb4cf0eca). However, since the CSV import hasn't been considered there yet, I'm happy to incorporate your suggestion.
