Add option to quickly switch between the previous / next month or year

Currently, several clicks are necessary to switch between the previous / next month or year. This could be simplified by adding two arrows to the left and right to the period selection button which only requires one click. However, due to space limitations, it should only be displayed in the iPad and Mac app.
