Add option to reorder / hide specific tabs

Currently, the tabs (Overview, Transactions, Budgets) are fixed. However, some users do not need certain tabs (e.g. they do not use the budgets) or would like to arrange them differently. This could be solved in the same way as the widgets on the overview page.
