Add option to reuse last used CSV import settings

Currently, when importing a CSV file, each field must be mapped to the corresponding value individually. If you use the import very often (e.g. to synchronize all transactions of your bank), it is inconvenient to map the same fields each time. For this reason, it would be useful to be able to reassign all previously mapped fields either automatically or manually using a button.
