Add Support for Credit Card Installment Plans

In many countries, especially in Asia, installment payments on credit cards are a common and essential part of personal finance. However, Budget Flow does not currently support this function, which makes it very difficult for users like myself to accurately reflect our cash flow and debt management in the app.

This missing feature creates a major gap in what is otherwise a highly useful budgeting tool. For users managing multiple installment plans—whether for electronics, healthcare, or large purchases—it's incredibly frustrating not to be able to track payment schedules, outstanding balances, and monthly obligations within the app.
