Add “Suspend Budget” Option Until a Specific Date or Manual Resume

Please add an option to temporarily suspend a budget without deleting it.

A suspended budget could be paused:

• Until a chosen date, or

• Until manually resumed

While suspended, the budget would stop tracking spending and alerts, but all settings and history would stay saved.

This would be helpful for travel, seasonal expenses, or other short-term changes, and would avoid having to delete and recreate budgets.
