Add the ability to hide `cents` value

In my case IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), the cents value of the currency does not matter much and very rarely used in daily life. For example:

• Rp2000,00 → It will be better to write is as Rp2000 instead

I’m thinking of 2 options here:

1. Hide cents value when it is zero.

2. Provide an option to disable cent value.

This will reduce redundancy on the UI especially on currency component
