Add the ability to set whether recurring transactions should occur before or after the scheduled date if it falls on a weekend.

In some countries, certain transactions that occur on weekends are typically done before or after the weekend. For instance, salary transactions are in that scenario.

It would be beneficial for the app to have the capability to create recurring transactions that automatically fill in based on the business calendar if the transaction falls on a weekend day.

Currently, I manage this by manually changing the date, but it would be a nice feature to have.
