Add Transfer transaction type on Shortcuts

Looks like you’ve already completed p/142-extend-shortcut-support, but you may have missed the Transfer transaction type. There isn’t a Destination account either. Would be nice to have this in Shortcuts too.

    Agreed. I wanted to create an ATM cash-out shortcut where the fees get calculated automatically, but couldn’t do it without a Transfer type
