[1.0.0] Allow default to "No Time" (Time toggled OFF) on Transaction Entry

I don’t need to enter a Time when entering a transaction (I only care about the date). It would be nice to be able to default to No Time (Time toggled off) to save this step on every entry. Thank you. I love the app.
