Allow multi-category budgets

I'll leave it here as an idea for future updates, but it would be really convenient to be able to create budgets based on a category group, rather than just a single category (in addition to the current behavior).

This could then allow users to split the budget amount between the categories in that specific group by given percentages (50%/50% and so on).

      Sorry, I didn't realize that a similar feature request existed, but while it's quite similar, I think it's more related than the same.

      I think it should be possible to create a budget that includes multiple categories from different folders (that's what I understood from your feature request) or from the same category by just selecting the folder and then dynamically dividing the amount between the subcategories by percentage (this method should probably display the group name instead of [1, 2, 3 selected categories] though, since the categories are all from the same folder).

      I hope you see what I mean.

      From my POV, these are complementary and related features.
