Allow multi-category budgets

I'll leave it here as an idea for future updates, but it would be really convenient to be able to create budgets based on a category group, rather than just a single category (in addition to the current behavior).

This could then allow users to split the budget amount between the categories in that specific group by given percentages (50%/50% and so on).
