Archived Accounts Remain Active in Filter Toggle

When you archive an account, you can no longer toggle its filter because it is hidden from the filter list. If the account's filter was applied before it was archived, it remains active in the background.

Currently, a user has to manually unarchive the account first just so it shows up in the filter list to toggle it off. Archiving an account should automatically clear it from any active filters.
