Bug: Budget adding saves wrong amount

Issue 1 Steps

Add a budget e.g 400000, it saves it as 4,000,000

Issue 2 Steps

Add a budget e.g 2000, it saves it as 24,000

I’m a new user finding this app very helpful covering all apps from Mac to Watch but this budget bug is a bit frustrating
