[4.0.0] Currency suggestions improvements

When adding a transaction and selecting a different currency, some suggestions of currency appear. Those suggestions appear to be random, static and not based on anything. So at the moment, they are not really suggestions or broken suggestions.

They should be based on either the last currencies used, or the current location.

    It would be great if the suggested currency list that appears could be customizable by the user, or automatically update to use currencies that are used most by the user.
