[Bug] decimal is being rounded with Currency and bug currency display for account reconciliation transaction

If I try to create or update a transaction to a currency account (EUR as an example), the transaction is being rounded, which is problematic to track correctly transactions and account books with different currencies.

Result:

This happens as well with Reconciliation transactions, with even a display bug where changing the total balance in currency is creating a wrong transaction in the main budget currency. This seems to be only a display currency bug, as the account balance is being well reflected in the correct currency
