[Bug] Incorrect CSV import account duplication

When importing using CSV, it creates a duplicate account for every transaction and for the account it didn’t duplicate, it doesn’t list the transactions under it correctly. Not sure if it’s relevant, but there is an also empty transactions account for the account that was duplicated that is also empty.

Might also be relevant, but when starting fresh and I import a CSV, it imports all rows correctly. If I instantly try to import again the same CSV with ignore duplicates selected, it only skips like 30% of the rows instead of skipping all.
