Bug: Non-Statistics movements still counting for statistics

When we create an account movement (income or expense) we can currently select if we want it to count for statistics or not with a toggle. However, if you then filter for expenses only or income only on a specific date range for example you’ll find those amounts counting as expenses/incomes as well, although they were chosen to just affect the account balance without counting for statistics.
