bug on ipad os

I purchased the full version of Budget Flow today (iOS).

I spent many hours entering data on my iPad (see attached details about the iPad).

After that, I also installed Budget Flow on my iPhone.

It works fine there (sync via iCloud is working).

However, the app can no longer be opened on the iPad.

I have restarted the iPad and also reinstalled Budget Flow.

But on the iPad, I still cannot launch the app.

Please provide support.
