[BUG] Transaction time is not handled properly

As you can see from the screenshots below, it appears that transactions date and time is not handled properly.

I can’t tell what is causing the problem, if it is related to the locale or whatever but this make the reports and charts unusable and most importantly changes is budgets are not reflected.

    I have tried to recreate this but have not been successful. Can you please provide me some more information? For example, did the error only occur yesterday, 1.11., or is it still happening? The time zone in Italy should be identical to that in Germany, so I would exclude that for now.

      Mmh, I wasn’t able to reproduce it again either… I think it might has something to do with the fact that yesterday was the first of the month (still doesn’t make any sense though).
