[2.2.1] Changing the icons for accounts creating a transaction

I tried the new feature of adding custom images to accounts and categories… when i tried to change the images to my accounts… it is creating a transaction named “Account Reconciliation” with transaction value as 0.00… and then I have to manually delete it…
