Copy & move accounts / categories / transactions between two budget books

If you have several budget books (e.g. one for yourself and one for the whole family) and you want to have the same entries in both of them, you currently have to create them twice.

In this case it would be convenient to be able to copy or move the entries from one budget book to the other.
