Add an option to automatically create Budgets according to average expenses, or similar, to add an alternative form of budgeting where current monthly expenses per folder or category are compared to average annual.

    I think this could be as simple as using the current create budget flow, but when you go to set the amount, the app could just let you know the average of the selected categories over the past (say) 6 months or whatever. So you could choose whether to take that into account or not.
